These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of promptub.com ("PrompTub", "the site"), operated by Meet Soni and Heet Soni. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we provide

PrompTub publishes text prompts intended for use with third-party AI image generation tools, together with example images produced by those prompts. Access is free and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove any prompt or feature at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

2. What you may do with the prompts

You may use any prompt published on this site for personal, educational or commercial purposes. You may modify prompts, use them in client work, and sell the images you create with them. No attribution is required, although it is always appreciated.

3. What you may not do

• Scrape, bulk-download, mirror or republish this library, in whole or in any substantial part, as your own collection, product, app or dataset.
• Present PrompTub content as if it originated with you or your brand.
• Copy or redistribute the example images published on this site. The prompts are free to use; the sample images are our own work and remain our property (see section 5).
• Attempt to bypass, automate around, or otherwise interfere with the site's advertising or its unlock mechanism.
• Use automated tools in a way that damages the site, overloads our host, or degrades the experience for other visitors.
• Use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or to create material that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights.

4. Responsible use of AI tools

You are responsible for what you generate. Our prompts are written for legitimate creative work. Do not use them to produce deceptive imagery presented as real, content that impersonates a real person, sexual content involving minors, or anything else prohibited by the AI tool you are using or by the law where you live.

5. Intellectual property

The design, layout, code, written copy and example images on this site are owned by Meet Soni and Heet Soni and are protected by copyright. The prompts themselves are released for free use as described in section 2. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the site itself, its branding, or its sample images to you.

Ownership of any image you generate using one of our prompts is determined by the terms of the AI tool you used — not by us. We make no claim to your output.

6. Third-party AI tools

ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and every other tool named on this site are the property of their respective owners. PrompTub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of them. Your use of those tools is governed entirely by their own terms of service, and complying with those terms is your responsibility.

7. No warranty on output

AI image generation is probabilistic. The same prompt can produce different results on different runs, different model versions, and different dates. The example images on this site show what a prompt produced for us at the time of publishing; they are not a guarantee of what it will produce for you. We make no warranty that any prompt will produce a particular result, or a usable one.

8. Advertising

This site is funded by third-party advertising. Some prompts become visible after a short timed delay, during which advertising is displayed on the page. To be explicit: you are never required or asked to click an advertisement, and clicking one confers no benefit on you, does not speed up the timer, and does not unlock anything. The timer runs on time alone.

We do not select the individual advertisements shown and we do not endorse the advertisers or their products. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is strictly between you and them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet Soni and Heet Soni and PrompTub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or of any content obtained from it — including any output produced by an AI system using a prompt found here, and including any cost incurred in generating it.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet Soni and Heet Soni from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
